  • The type of physical training we do does not result in large amounts of muscle mass gain. We focus on function and quality of movement.

  • Each session is scheduled for 1 hour. There is time for warm-up, corrective exercises, assisted stretching and chiropractic care, if needed.

  • Sessions are scheduled twice per week, separated by at least one day so that your body can recover and integrate the exercises and treatment.
